Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian, to create an account. You\'re responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.

One person, one account. Don\'t share your account credentials. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately.

Ecom Labs runs on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go model — no subscriptions. You buy credits in advance and spend them as you use the tools. Credit costs vary per tool and per quality tier; the cost is shown before each generation.

• Credits never expire — top up once and use them at your own pace
• Top-ups are processed manually — pay via BaridiMob, CCP, Binance, or Redotpay, then send your transfer receipt via WhatsApp. We credit your balance after verification (usually within minutes during working hours).
• Credits are non-refundable once added to your account, except where required by law. If a generation fails due to a service error on our side, the credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
• All prices are in Algerian Dinar (DZD) unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to use Ecom Labs to create, host, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal under Algerian law or the laws of the country you operate in
• Infringes on someone else\'s intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit material
• Promotes scams, counterfeit products, or fraudulent claims (fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, miracle health claims, etc.)
• Attempts to deceive consumers about a product\'s origin, ingredients, or certification status
• Violates the terms of the ad platforms you publish to

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We may also refuse to process specific requests we believe violate them, even if your account remains in good standing.

You own the rights to the landing pages, ad images, voiceovers, and other content you generate using Ecom Labs, subject to the terms of our underlying AI providers. You\'re responsible for ensuring the content complies with applicable laws and ad-platform policies before you publish it.

AI-generated text and images can contain errors, including made-up product features, incorrect translations, or visual artifacts. Always review generated content before publishing it.

We aim to keep Ecom Labs available 24/7 but we don\'t guarantee uptime. The service depends on third-party AI providers; if they have an outage, generations may fail until they recover. We don\'t offer a service-level agreement (SLA) at this time.

Ecom Labs is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by Algerian law, we\'re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost ad revenue, or content errors. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of credits you spent on the specific generation that caused the issue.

You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or charge back a payment without first contacting support.

On termination, your remaining credit balance is forfeited unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email. Continuing to use Ecom Labs after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People\'s Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Algiers.
